Our Mission, Vision, and Beliefs
At Triton Wellness we are dedicated to transforming educator burnout into sustainable well-being. We empower educators through personalized wellness coaching that integrates mind-body practices, evidence-based strategies, and compassionate support. Our mission is to help dedicated professionals reclaim their passion for education while building resilience, preventing burnout, and creating lasting change in their personal and professional lives.
We envision a world where every educator thrives with vitality, purpose, and joy in their calling. We see a future where burnout is prevented rather than treated, where educators have the tools and support to sustain their passion throughout their careers, and where wellness practices are seamlessly integrated into the educational community. We aspire to be the catalyst that helps educators rediscover why they chose this profession and empowers them to create positive change—one teacher at a time.
Our Core Beliefs:
We believe in the inherent strength and resilience of every educator. Each teacher, administrator, and support staff member possesses unique gifts and the capacity for renewal and growth.
Holistic wellness is essential for sustainable impact. True well-being encompasses the mind, body, and spirit, and we address all aspects of an educator's experience.
Prevention is more powerful than intervention. By building sustainable practices and awareness, we can prevent burnout before it takes hold.
Authentic relationships create lasting transformation. Our coaching partnerships are built on trust, vulnerability, and genuine care for each individual's journey.
Mind-body integration accelerates healing. We honor the connection between physical well-being and emotional resilience through movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practices.
Every educator deserves support and self-care without guilt. Taking care of yourself isn't selfish—it's essential for taking care of others.
Small, consistent practices create profound change. Sustainable wellness comes through daily habits and mindful choices, not dramatic overhauls.
Community and connection enhance individual growth. We foster supportive relationships that remind educators they're not alone in their challenges.
Growth mindset and self-compassion fuel resilience. We celebrate progress over perfection and encourage kindness toward oneself throughout the journey.
Educators who thrive create thriving learning environments. When we support the well-being of educators, we positively impact entire school communities and countless students.
At Triton Wellness, we understand the unique challenges facing today's educators because we've walked in your shoes. With deep respect for your dedication and an unwavering commitment to your well-being, we're here to support you in creating a sustainable, fulfilling career in education.
Our Team
Tonya Andiarena
As a seasoned teacher, school counselor, administrator, and wellness coach, I understand the weight you carry as an educator—because I've carried it too. With over 20 years in education, I've experienced firsthand the Sunday scaries, the 3 AM worries about students, and the exhaustion that summer break couldn't heal.
My journey from educator to wellness advocate began when I realized that we pour everything into our students and schools while neglecting our own well-being. As a proud military spouse and mother of four, I've learned that building resilience isn't just professional advice—it's personal necessity. The moves, deployments, and adaptations that come with military life have taught me the critical importance of sustainable wellness practices and strong support systems.
Currently pursuing my PhD in Mind-Body Medicine alongside my NBHWC and ICF wellness coaching certifications, I combine evidence-based coaching with holistic practices including my 500-hour yoga teacher training certification. This unique blend allows me to address both the mental and physical aspects of burnout that so many educators experience.
I chose to focus on educator wellness because I believe that when we support those who dedicate their lives to shaping the future, we create ripple effects that touch countless students and families. My approach is strengths-based and deeply collaborative—I don't just understand your challenges intellectually, I've lived them.
Whether you're a teacher feeling overwhelmed by mounting pressures, an administrator struggling to balance leadership demands with personal well-being, or a support staff member feeling undervalued and overworked, I'm here to help you reclaim your passion while building sustainable practices for long-term wellness.
Together, we'll develop personalized strategies that honor both your dedication to education and your need for personal well-being. Because you deserve to thrive, not just survive, in the profession you love.
Ready to make this your strongest year yet? Let's work together to help you rediscover your passion while building the resilience to sustain it.
Eduardo Andiarena, Business Manager & Co-Founder
Eduardo brings a unique perspective to Triton Wellness, understanding burnout and chronic stress not just as business challenges, but as lived experiences. With 24 years of military service and 16 years as a Respiratory Therapist, he has witnessed firsthand the toll that high-stress, high-stakes environments take on dedicated professionals.
His military career taught him the importance of operational excellence while also revealing the cost of neglecting wellness in demanding fields. As a Respiratory Therapist, Eduardo has spent years supporting patients in critical moments while experiencing the relentless pressures that healthcare workers face daily—understaffing, emotional demands, and the weight of life-and-death decisions. This dual perspective as both a veteran and healthcare professional gives him deep empathy for the burnout crisis affecting so many essential workers today.
Eduardo's educational foundation includes an MBA and Bachelor's degree in Accounting, providing him with the business acumen necessary to build sustainable systems that support our mission. His military background has honed his leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex logistics—qualities that ensure Wasatch Wellness Group operates with the efficiency and integrity our clients deserve.
As Business Manager, Eduardo handles all the behind-the-scenes work that allows our coaching services to run seamlessly. From technology infrastructure to administrative systems, he creates the foundation that enables meaningful transformation to occur. His commitment to this work goes beyond professional duty—it's personal. Having seen too many colleagues leave their callings due to burnout, Eduardo is passionate about creating sustainable solutions that help dedicated professionals thrive.
Eduardo and Tonya share an unwavering commitment to supporting those who serve others. Together, they bring both the personal understanding and professional expertise necessary to create lasting change in the lives of educators and healthcare workers who give so much of themselves to their communities.
Eduardo's steadfast support ensures that every aspect of your coaching experience is handled with care, allowing you to focus entirely on your wellness journey.
